1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EchoBridge Admin (the "Service"), operated by EchoBridge Admin (a trading name of EchoBridge Holdings Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EchoBridge Admin is a cloud-based case and workflow management platform that provides tools for managing clients, cases, tasks, invoices, files, and integrations with third-party services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our Pricing page. The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy (see Section 5).

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Free Trial and Refund Policy

The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to Pro features. Payment details are required at signup, but your card will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 14 days, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be provided. To request a refund, contact us at support@echobridgeadmin.com.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Security & Compliance page. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service. As set out in our Security & Compliance page, you act as the data controller for personal data stored in the application, and we process such data only on documented instructions.

The Service may integrate with third-party applications (such as Xero, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the functionality or security of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by EchoBridge Admin (a trading name of EchoBridge Holdings Ltd) and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoBridge Admin (a trading name of EchoBridge Holdings Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, though we may retain your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
